HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?
All boxes are sent out via APC Overnight courier, which usually takes 1-2 days but please allow for the odd delay in certain areas. Due to the current COVID-19 situation there is ongoing disruption to the postal services and there may be a delay in receiving packages and I can not guarantee this time frame. Orders to Northern Ireland will be shipped via First Class Royal Mail, this service usually takes 1-3 days. All bakes are well wrapped & keep beautifully so please don’t worry. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO ORDER MULTIPLE BOXES FOR DIFFERENT DISPATCH DATES?
When ordering multiple boxes and you want them to be dispatched on different dates, you must put them through as separate orders for each date. If you select multiple dispatch dates as one order, then all boxes will be dispatched on the earliest dispatch date.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?
Dispatch days are Tuesday & Thursdays. You can select your Tuesday or Thursday dispatch date when ordering. Orders for the next Tuesday dispatch close on Sunday mornings & orders for the next Thursday dispatch close on Tuesday mornings. If you missed the cut off or need something delivered on a specific date, please drop me and email & I'll see what I can do. We email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Please be sure to check your junk mail if you don't receive the email.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?
Orders will be posted on the dispatch date selected at checkout. These are specific Tuesday and Thursday dates that you need to select in the drop down when adding a product to the cart. If your box hasn't arrived please get in touch within 2 days of your order being dispatched, please email with your name, order number & address and I'll send your tracking number over. Please email within 3 days of dispatch if your order hasn't arrived, this will allow me to try and locate or resolve the situation.
WHAT IF I OR THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME?
Someone needs to be available at the delivery address at the time of the delivery. The Vegan Bakes take no responsibility for delays or spoiling of items due to no one being available at the delivery address.
CAN I COLLECT?
You can select the option to collect from my kitchen in Alton, Hampshire. We're in the kitchen 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. You can collect from the afternoon of your dispatch date. Please email me first to arrange when collection is possible.
HOW ARE MY ITEMS PACKAGED?
All items are packaged in biodegradable food grade cellophane wrap & wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker. They're posted in thick card board postal boxes inside biodegradable postal bags.
IF I GET A SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BOXES?
Subscription boxes will be posted out the first Tuesday of every month.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the perishable nature of my products, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds. Once you have placed an order, it is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. Please bare in mind the products are delicate & may break easily & on rare occasions they may not have been handled with care & items may arrive in a bad condition. MY ITEMS HAVE ARE ABIT DAMAGED DUE TO THE HOT WEATHER?
We suggest putting your bakes straight into the fridge when they arrive if the weather is warm. They might have got abit damaged during transit but unfortunately this is completely out of our control & you accept this is a possibility when ordering.
WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES?
These bakes are made by vegans in a vegan kitchen. Our kitchen handles WHEAT, SOYA & NUTS. Whilst we don’t use milk or egg in our kitchen, products may contain MILK or EGG due to manufacturing methods of some of the ingredients we use. Our bakes are not suitable to WHEAT, SOYA, NUT, MILK & EGG allergy sufferers
