HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?

All items are posted either Hermes Standard, this typically takes 3-4 days but can take up to 7 days or Hermes Next Day which usually takes 1-3 days but can there is a chance for delays due to the current Covid-19 situation. Select your preferred postal option at check out. Unfortunately due to disruptions I cannot guarantee boxes will arrive by certain dates so please allow atleast a week if you need them for a particular date.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO ORDER MULTIPLE BOXES FOR DIFFERENT DISPATCH DATES?

When ordering multiple boxes and you want them to be dispatched on different dates, you must put them through as separate orders for each date. If you select multiple dispatch dates as one order, then all boxes will be dispatched on the earliest dispatch date.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?

____

Dispatch days are Tuesday & Thursdays. You can select your Tuesday or Thursday dispatch date when ordering. Orders for the next Tuesday dispatch close on Sunday mornings & orders for the next Thursday dispatch close on Tuesday mornings. If you missed the cut off or need something delivered on a specific date, please drop me and email & I'll see what I can do. We email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Please be sure to check your junk mail if you don't receive the email. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?

Orders will be posted on the dispatch date selected at checkout. These are specific Tuesday and Thursday dates that you need to select in the drop down when adding a product to the cart. Please allow atleast 4 days for your boxes to arrive, if your box hasn't arrived please email hello@theveganbakes.com with your name, order number & address and I'll send your tracking number over. Please email within 7 days of dispatch if your order hasn't arrived, this will allow me to try and locate or resolve the situation.

 

WHAT IF I OR THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME?

Someone needs to be available at the delivery address at the time of the delivery. The Vegan Bakes take no responsibility for delays or spoiling of items due to no one being available at the delivery address.

CAN I COLLECT?

____

There is an option for collection which should only be selected if you can collect from me in Witley, Surrey after 5.30pm on the evening of your dispatch date or from my kitchen in Alton, Hampshire between 8am & 4pm after your dispatch date. Please email me first to arrange when collection is possible.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS PACKAGED?

____

All items are packaged in biodegradable food grade cellophane wrap & wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker. They're posted in thick card board postal boxes inside biodegradable postal bags.

IF I GET A SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BOXES?

Subscription boxes will be posted out the first Tuesday of every month.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Due to the perishable nature of my products, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds. Once you have placed an order, it is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. Please bare in mind the products are delicate & may break easily & on rare occasions they may not have been handled with care & items may arrive in a bad condition. If this does happen, please get in touch via our contact page or email hello@theveganbakes.com

WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES?

These bakes are made by vegans in a vegan kitchen & they do not contain EGGS or MILK but are not suitable for allergy sufferers. They do contain GLUTEN, SOYA & NUTS (PB Brownies). NUTS can be omitted but we cannot guarantee NUT free. We can usually make our products free from GLUTEN, SOYA & NUTS. Please get in touch before placing an order.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE DELAYS WITH DELIVERIES. PLEASE READ SHIPPING INFO BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
